Samples Construction specializes in design/build conventional construction including: brick, concrete block, split-face block, tilt-up concrete, poured-in-place (formed) concrete, structural steel and flat roofs.

Our team of experienced talent enables us to provide a wide variety of building services from start to finish including: site selection, layout, and in-house CAD design

Mr. J. Michael Samples began his career in the world of Industrial Construction in 1964. Thirty years later, in 1994, he established Samples Construction S.E., and has enjoyed continuous growth serving the southeastern United States.

The two principals of the company are:
J. Michael Samples - Southern Polytechnic State University and Georgia Institute of Technology
William P. Deaton, Jr. - Georgia Institute of Technology and Kennesaw State University

Samples Construction is licensed in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, & Virginia.
