Samples Construction S.E. has been specializing in design build construction for fourteen years. Our specialties are warehouse buildings that range from 20,000 SF. – 200,000 SF. We use tilt wall construction and masonry block / brick construction for these types of buildings. In design build, the contractor is aware of the owners budget and provides a design to fit the owners budget. A design build is more cost effective and reduces duration of the project.
